Thomas Hinson is responsible for all capital formation, inclusive of both private investors and large-scale institutional investors. He serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. With over 27 years of experience in the fiduciary services industry, Thomas has raised over $500 million in investment equity. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and has carried FINRA Series 82 and 63 licenses focused on private placements and alternate investments.
Thomas is a partner and director at a national multifamily and single-family development firm, overseeing capital markets and investor relationships. He previously served as Chairman of a debt fund used for land development and construction. His career includes extensive experience in real estate underwriting, analysis, and capital structuring. Currently, Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer at Investors 1031 Exchange, where he continues to provide expertise in tax-free exchanges and real estate investments.
